Why This Forum?

As I mentioned on the blog I created, I'm looking for a better solution to the problem of keeping a more "permanent" record of our messages -- particularly our "lessons learned" and other useful information from the forum in the game.

This forum might meet that particular requirement, and we might also be able to replicate the "real time" chat function that we have with Facebook's message/chat function with the "ChatBox" widget..

One thing to note is that this forum is totally separate from AE, so you have to open another window to access it.  Not a huge deal, but something to consider.

Anyhow, let's give this venue a chance and see if it is worthwhile.
